Changes for our recycling
The recycling effort at Stevi UMC is going to be going through a change on August 1st.
Due the new county recycle station which is now located at the Burnt Fork Market (Corner of Barbara St./Main St., opposite the Post Office and across the street from Napa Auto) we won't need to have the recycle receptacles inside the doorway from the parking lot.
This new set-up offers more us more opportunities to contribute more types of material to be recycled and hopefully will encourage more residents to take part in this important civic effort.

Loaves & Fishes Appeal
The Loaves & Fishes fund is empty.
As a result of this situation there have been five requests for assistance this week (two just today) that have been turned away.
If you are able, please consider making a "second mile" (Second mile giving is that which is above and beyond our regular tithes and offering/giving.) contribution to this critical outreach ministry.
