Conference began in earnest this morning in Billings with sessions for lay members to Conference and for clergy.  

The business portion of the day heard that the Yellowstone Conference budget has gone down for 2015!  We also addressed, and passed, each of the petitions that came from the various boards, agencies, and committee and had been considered at the pre-conference briefings (to read these, please visit this link).
