In response to the focus areas, the Saturday Circle wants to recommend that the church move away from plastic items, particularly in regards to kitchen items. Items may included such things as straws, stir sticks, styrofoam containers, plastic cutlery. A reminder: Earth Day is April 22.
The Circle will be assembling the UMCOR Health Kits following the May 22 meetings. Items are due to the church by Mother's Day, May 14.
Following the meeting, we began the fun task of assembling the Easter eggs for use by the Sunday School ministry tomorrow. Should be a lot of fun!!!
