Labor Day weekend @ SUMC

Acolytes at work
Anna shares the anthem
Julie shares the postlude
Fellowship time!
Outreach Committee making plans for the fall
On the day before Labor Day, we rested from our labors and came into the house of God to praise our God from Whom all blessings flow!

We were blessed through the gift of music during the worship service as Anna Storkson shared a medley of hymns and songs for our summer music offering. Pastor Charles' sermon, "Love's labor found," came from John 6:5-14, 26-27

Thanks this morning to

Paul Ludington (praise music), Luke Malo & Will (acolytes), Julie Ludington (piano), Tom Bishop (video), Bev Schneider (liturgist), Cammie Edgar (power point), Anna Storkson (summer music), Sharon Wheeler and Vickie Vernon (ushers), Sara Malo (communion), Bill Gragg and Don Nelson (offering counters), and Diane Bailey, Shirley McKelvey, & Sharon Wheeler (fellowship time).
