The second day of Annual Conference 2018 began with a rousing worship service before the morning's activity: Ministry Immersion into the Ogden community. Pastor Charles was assigned to "Help Red Cross Sound the Alarm (installing smoke detectors in residential homes)."

 The afternoon was given over to separate sessions for the clergy and for the laity. In the clergy session, votes were taken concerning ordination and retirements among several issues needing to be discussed. Four candidates were elected for commissioning as elders and one for elder in full connection by the clergy of the Yellowstone Conference.
