Another Wednesday arrived at Stevi UMC and with it the promise of a building well and truly being used!

Each Wednesday morning, we welcome the WIC program (8am-3pm) and the families that look to that program for encouragement and support. At the same time, the Wired Word study takes place in the fellowship hall. This morning, ten were on hand for a lively exchange of insights and opinions.

In the afternoon, a Girl Scout troop assembles at the church for their weekly meeting. What a terrific bunch of young ladies and their adult leaders!!

This evening, we took part in the weekly "Worship on Wednesday" which, as it does every week, provided ample nourishment for both body and soul.

This week saw a bounty of soups, four in fact, provided by Dean Diers and Carol Gragg. Goodness, it was a feast!!!  Eleven came out tonight with Becky Boykin leading the discussion portion of the evening, a sharing in forgiveness based on the story of St. Patrick.

We won't share WOW next week (due it being Holy Week) but will resume on the 30th.
