Online course "Lenten Retreat: Fools for Love" open for enrollment

The Rev. Kerry Greenhill, an ordained deacon in the Rocky Mountain Conference, is leading a new course called "Lenten Retreat: Fools for Love." When Ash Wednesday falls on Valentine’s Day and Easter is April Fools’ Day, you might start to wonder about God’s sense of humor. Join Rev. Greenhill and others for a Lenten retreat with weekly reflections on scripture, discussion with other participants, and a different spiritual practice or action to take each week.

Participants will explore the apparent foolishness of a faith based on love, grace, vulnerability, and justice, as we walk with Jesus and the disciples toward Jerusalem and the cross. There are no required materials for this retreat, which will be hosted at BeADisciple.com. The retreat runs from Feb. 12 to April 2 and costs $45 per participant.

More information and registration can be found online.
