First UMM breakfast of the year

Good fellowship!

Eight men answered the call for the first breakfast of the year this morning. Bob Edgar provided the wonderful meal.

Discussion of the following:
+The Valentines Dinner will be February 16. Final cost to be announced.
+We continue to send support to a young man in Haiti through World Vision in the amount of $35 per month.
+Don Nelson reported that we have $896 in the bank.
+We voted to take $300 to buy copied of Daily Strength for Service to be given to first responders in the area. Pastor Charles noted that the Conference is holding an Early Response Training on February 2 @ First UMC - Missoula.
+The men will once again sponsor the Easter breakfast following the sunrise service (8 am).
+We are going to hold the rummage sale again in June on Western Heritage Days weekend.

Bob Edgar led a lively discussion on how we use or misuse words/language as the program.

The next gathering will be February 9.
