Out and about in Stevensville

WIC staffers
The place to be on Wednesday morning

Today is another hot, hot day in the Bitterroot Valley but that didn't stop members of the congregation from being out and about in the community.

Today the WIC program (Women, Infants, and Children) met in the Stevi UMC's library.  This group makes use of the church building each Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

At 10:00 a.m., a lively group met at the Morning Star Coffee place for our weekly time of fellowship and study.  Starting next week, Pastor Charles will be leading the group in a weekly study using The Wired Word.  Pastor Charles is on the editorial team of this internet-based study which looks at current events from a faith-based perspective.

At noon, Pastor Charles attended his first meeting of the Stevensville Main Street Association.  Stevi UMC is proud of its involvement in the community and this is another means of being involved in the life our community.
