UMM @ SUMC

Seven men were up early this morning for food, fellowship, and sharing at Stevensville UMC.  Ed Sperry and Lynn Moshier provided an excellent breakfast of sausage, pancakes, casserole, and fruit.

We heard about our efforts in support of young boy in Haiti (through World Vision).  This is an on-going effort and coincides with efforts by the UMW in the same Haitian community. 

We were joined by Hazel Smith who gave a presentation about the upcoming Sharing Tree efforts here in Stevensville.  More about the Sharing Tree may be found at this link.  We also made a matching contribution (of the UMW) to the Sharing Tree effort.

Our next gathering will be on Saturday, December 14th.  Coffee @ 8am, breakfast at 8:30am.
