United Methodist Women from throughout the Western Mountains District began gathering early this morning for their spring meeting.
Seventy-five women enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast provided by the women's unit of the nearby United Methodist American Baptist Federated Church in nearby Hamilton. Afterwards, they began perusing the various offerings at the book stall. The church is abuzz with great fellowship!
The meeting sessions are now underway. There is a wonderful energy radiating throughout the church.
The theme of this spring event: "The Big Picture -- Connecting the Dots... Learning about UMW-supported Missions in the USA... Sharing UMW-supported Mission Activities in Respective Local Communities... Supporting Two Local Mission Activities in Stevensville."
