JOYS:  Thanks be to God for …
Those who serve our country.
Our country.
Visitors in church:  Mary H.’s sister; Wendy and her son Matt from Livingston, Montana.
Birthday blessings for all whose birthdays are this time of year:  Mickey B., Earl M.
Bill and Carol G.’s 48th wedding anniversary.
Gail M.’s birthday today.
Greg McF.’s news that he just married Shannon last week.
Lovely flowers on communion table today.
Communion.
All enjoying better health, including Bill C.’s news of successful treatments in Germany.
Healing.
All serving in various capacities for the betterment of the church.
Wonderful Sunday school classes – every Sunday, starting at 9:00 a.m.
Resumption of children’s Sunday school classes.

CONCERNS:  Oh, Lord, we humbly pray for … 
The family and friends of the soldier who was killed last week in Afghanistan.
All our military Veterans and their families, especially those who are dealing with “the loss of body, mind and/or spirit.”
The people involved with the response to the Ebola outbreak crisis, including Stevensville’s Megan K. (Doctors without Borders).
The search for the two missing men in the Bitterroots.
Healing mercies for Bev L., Trudy F., Sue C., Gail F. and Woody I.’s brother Frank.
Family and friends who are mourning the death of the two journalists who were beheaded.
Family and friends who are mourning the death of the Hamilton school student who committed suicide on the first day of school.
All those who mourn.
All who are in pain.
Travelling mercies and for those not with us today.
All who need God’s peace.
Unspoken prayers.
