A wonderful Sunday in Stevi

The adult classes this morning came together briefly to hear Ed Sperry talk about The Four Chaplains. It was a moving tribute to the heroism that comes from those with faith in the life to come.

Next Sunday we'll begin our seven-week Lenten study, a consideration of the "Suffering Servant: Who Has Believed" in Isaiah 53.

During the worship service, the choir shared, "The People Who Walked in Darkness" while Pastor Charles helped the congregation explore Moses' transfiguration in Exodus 34 during the sermon.
