Today's UMW meeting, in the church fellowship hall, was a wonderful place to be! President Carole Koval reported that the Apple Dumpling sales went very well with the last 18 being sold before worship last week.
Claire Kelly presented this month's program which was about immigration. Claire talked about her own immigrant family and about friends from various countries who now call the USA, home.
Carol Gragg, a UMW District officer, produced three certificates awarded to the Stevi UMW unit in recognition of our efforts: The 2012 Honor Award; the 2012 Mission Today Award; and the 2012 5-Star Unit Award.
