Come, let us worship God together!

You are great, O Lord, and greatly to be praised. Great is Your power, and Your wisdom is infinite. We desire to praise You: we, a part of Your creation; we, who are mortal creatures, subject to sin and death because of our sinful pride.

Yet we desire to praise You because we are a part of Your creation. You have made us find delight in praising You; for You have made us for Yourself and our hearts are restless till they find rest in You.
