"Palm Sunday Glory"
|
With the children leading the way during the opening hymn we began Holy Week at Stevi UMC with excitement and joyful anticipation of what is to come!
This morning's anthem was a joint effort with the choir and children sharing "Palm Sunday Glory." Our chimes also made a musical offering to God, sharing the Palm Sunday offertory. Pastor Charles concluded the Lenten sermon series from John Wesley's sermons with "On the Wedding Garment" (1790) and Matthew 22:11-12.
