This Advent season your
brothers and sisters at the Mission Valley UMC are praying this prayer from
John Winn each day:
O God, Light the dark corners of our
minds,
Warm the cold places of our hearts,
Fill the empty chambers of our Spirits,
And heal the brokenness of our lives.
Amen.
Today, I invite you pray this
prayer with us knowing fully that God will light our minds, warms our hearts,
fill our spirits, and heal our brokenness.
May God grant you all of these
as you wait hopefully, expectantly for the birth of your Savior.
